By linking to your Network and Management Information System for criteria such as network account, course, mode of attendance and enrolment status, Curriculum Surveyor automatically identifies survey respondents in the following categories:

1. Learners
2. Members of Staff
3. Employers/Sponsors of Learners
4. Parents/Guardians of Learners

This process ensures that individuals logging on to the Surveyor on-line portal are automatically presented with surveys that they have been associated with. Surveyor also offers an opportunity to gather feedback from anonymous web visitors by placing links to surveys on your website or embedding opinion polls in your website pages. Curriculum Surveyor preserves the anonymity of learner and staff respondents at all times. When a learner or member of staff logs on to one of the college computers, Curriculum Surveyor can notify them if they have any active surveys yet to complete.
