Observation Documents

A key feature of Curriculum Observer is in the design of observation documents allowing you to capture exactly the information you require and to customise each observation type with its own unique document.

No need to switch between multiple tabs when completing an observation. Everything observers need to complete is contained in a document using a logical layout that is easy to follow.

Note: Every input element within an observation document is available for reporting.

This approach enables you to design different documents for formal, informal and training observations where each require their own specific form. There is no limit on the size, complexity or range of information that can be captured and electronic forms can be created to exactly match their paper counterparts so that staff can record observation information very quickly and easily. Each document is designed where sections can only be completed by specific user types so that observers, teachers and moderators will only have access to read or write to their designated sections of the document.
